By accessing or using Cam-Events AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Cam-Events AI provides software for guest management, RSVP workflows (including AI voice and IVR), hotel and transport allocation, QR check-in, dashboards, and related event operations features as described on our website and order forms.
Pilot features may change as workflows are validated. The signed order form or pilot agreement controls if website descriptions differ from the scope purchased by a customer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
You may not use the service to send unlawful communications, harass individuals, infringe intellectual property, or upload malicious code. You may not attempt to bypass security or access data belonging to other customers.
You retain ownership of guest lists and event content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for obtaining consents and complying with laws applicable to your events, including telecom, privacy, and hospitality regulations for voice RSVP and guest outreach.
Website prices are indicative. Fees, taxes, voice allowances, billing dates, refund terms, and payment methods are confirmed in the signed order form or pilot agreement.
We may suspend access for overdue payments after reasonable notice.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Operational decisions at live events remain your responsibility. Cam-Events AI is a tool to improve coordination—not a substitute for on-ground judgment.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate according to the applicable order form or pilot agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
The governing law and dispute forum are stated in the signed agreement. If no signed agreement applies, the laws of India govern, subject to mandatory local law.
